Banish thoughts of winter with a night filled with food and wine from sunny Spain where dining is as much about the food as it is about the socializing with friends, new and old! 

We’ll transport you to Spain with wine carefully chosen by Sarah Rinehart, our resident sommelier, and we’ll give you the skills you need to navigate a restaurant wine list featuring a variety of choices from Spain. 

We’ll enjoy tapas tonight and then feast on an authentic Spanish paella from Chef Author.

Join us for an Elevated Tasting of Super proportions! Chef Author works his magic on traditional Super Bowl snacks to present them in ways you’ve never imagined.

The tasting includes a Cheeseburger Slider, a Mac & Cheese Bacon Ball, a Buffalo Chicken Pita and two sweet bites including Peanut-Chocolate Sausage and a Reese’s Cookie Cake.

Each bite is paired with wine and comes with our best guess on who will win the Big Game.

We’re mixing up our truffle line-up for 2019 and you can help us pick! 

Come in for a truffle tasting every weekend in January and you’ll discover two new flavors each time.  From Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough  to Pistachio Ginger – we’ve got a sweet treat for you!  Vote on the truffles you like best and be entered to win prizes from 868 Estate.

Each day, someone will win a year’s worth of truffle tastings and at the end two winner will be drawn to win a set of two limited edition, stainless wine tumblers.

Test your knowledge of useless facts as we go head to head with Pour House Trivia in the Tasting Room at 868 for glory and prizes.  Bring your own team or join one here.  No admission fee.   Walk-ins welcome as space allows.

New!  Pre-order your charcuterie board and we’ll throw in two chocolate truffles for a sweet treat.  It’s the perfect complement to our signature cheese, meat and olive selection, served with a warm baguette.

Paint a Wine Bottle at 868! SOLD OUT

Join us to paint a classic forest scene on a wine bottle while enjoying a glass of wine on a winter’s afternoon.

Debbie Winkles of HueArtWorks will lead us through the process of painting a grove of aspens on the bottle.  When it’s all done, we’ll add a cork with tiny fairy lights to make the aspens glow from within!  Enjoy a glass of wine from 868 while painting!

Make an event of it and select a charcuterie snack board at checkout to have during the class.  Additional wine may be purchased on site

The Chef’s Table menu is an indulgent 5-course tasting menu, selected by Chef Author, and presented in the “omakase” tradition, where the guest entrusts the Chef to select exemplary expressions of his creativity and the freshest ingredients of the day.  The Chef’s Table meal is $250 per couple, each course carefully paired with wine by the chef and our sommelier.

Chili Cook-Off: At the Eights!

There’s a Chili Challenge in town!  We’ve thrown the gauntlet and challenged our good friends over at 8 Chains North to a chili cook-off.

Join us at 868 Estate Vineyards and 8 Chains North vineyard for chili tasting – then vote on the chili you like best.  Enjoy a wine tasting at each vineyard (standard tasting fees apply) and then you’ll be treated to a complimentary sample of each winery’s own signature chili.  Vote for your favorite and let the best chili win!

Great wine.  Great Chili. and a pleasant 11 minute drive between the two vineyards.
