The Chef’s Table menu is an indulgent 5-course tasting menu, selected by Chef Author, and presented in the “omakase” tradition, where the guest entrusts the Chef to select exemplary expressions of his creativity and the freshest ingredients of the day. The Chef’s Table meal is $250 per couple, each course carefully paired with wine by the chef and our sommelier.
